Terms of Service
These Terms govern use of AI Lyrics Changer at ailyricschanger.com. “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to AI Lyrics Changer. Our service and contact details are provided below. Review these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy before uploading a recording or purchasing a pack.

1. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 and have reached the age of legal majority where you live to create an account, upload material, generate an edit, or purchase the service. Do not submit recordings containing children's voices or children's personal information.
Sign in through your own Google account and keep your access secure. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Tell us if you believe someone else has accessed it. Do not share sessions or try to access another person's projects, files, orders, or download links.
Service and purchasing availability depend on your location and the payment and processing services involved. Do not evade an availability restriction by misrepresenting your location or identity.
2. Material you may submit
Submit only material you own or have permission to upload, modify, and process through this service and its providers. This includes the recording, composition, lyrics, adaptations, and voice use. You must also have any permissions needed for your intended use of the output.
Buying a recording, finding it online, or generating it with another AI service does not by itself establish those permissions. You are responsible for reviewing the applicable source terms. A rights confirmation in the editor records your declaration; it does not certify that we have independently verified all rights.
You retain the rights you already hold in your material. You authorize the processing, storage, transfer, and delivery needed to provide the requested edit, within the purposes and retention described in the Privacy Policy. This does not give you rights that a source owner or performer has not granted. Separate permission is required before we use your project as a public example.
3. The editing service and its limits
Each generation edits one continuous region of one source recording using the replacement text you provide. Results are independent takes based on the original source. The service does not combine multiple takes into a chain of edits, clone voices, or guarantee a particular vocal identity, melody, pronunciation, or unchanged backing.
Review the supported input requirements shown in the editor. Keep your original and listen to the complete result before using or distributing it. Successful file processing does not by itself prove that a lyric correction is accurate or that the result meets every quality obligation.
4. Payment, credits and subscriptions
One-time credit packs are Starter $6.99/30 credits, Edit Pack $16.99/90 and Creator Pack $34.99/210. One-time credits last 12 calendar months from payment. Subscriptions are Lite $14.99/month for 80 monthly credits, Creator $29.99/month for 200, and Pro $59.99/month for 500. Creator yearly billing is $319; Pro yearly billing is $649. Yearly fees are collected upfront and credits are issued monthly. Lite has no yearly option.
Prices are USD before any applicable tax; the actual total is shown before payment. Subscriptions renew at the disclosed monthly or yearly price until canceled. Stop renewal in My Edits. Cancellation does not itself refund a payment or remove already issued credits before their original expiry. Refund and statutory rights are explained in the Refund Policy.
Subscription credits expire at the end of each monthly allocation cycle, including on yearly billing, and do not roll over. Spend uses earliest expiry first, then promotion, subscription and one-time credits for equal expiry. A standard lyric edit reserves 10 credits; a validated complete delivered take settles that reservation. Confirmed technical failures restore the original credit allocation. Unknown outcomes remain reserved pending review. An additional generation you request after a delivered result has a new cost. Future features can have different disclosed prices.
Stripe processes payment. The service verifies payment before granting credit; the return page alone does not grant an entitlement. Misuse, disputed payments or refunds can restrict related credits pending review; this does not erase applicable consumer remedies. We do not issue unlimited or lifetime AI-processing rights.
Existing $4.99 Song Edit Packs retain their original 3 attempts for one source song, expiry and refund terms. They are not automatically converted into wallet credits.
5. Media access and deletion
For credit-wallet projects, the 30-day media window begins at the first server upload. Each project shows its exact deadline. New takes, credit purchases, subscription renewals, playback and downloads do not extend it. Subscription or one-time credit validity is separate from file retention. Download the selected complete track and keep your original separately.
Existing Song Edit Packs retain their original payment-based 30-day deadline. Deleting a project removes access earlier; it does not automatically refund a purchase, remove wallet credits or extinguish an unresolved service claim. Account deletion stops subscription renewal and removes access; necessary payment and legal records follow the Privacy Policy.
6. Prohibited use and restrictions
Do not submit material without the required permissions, impersonate a performer without authorization, create misleading endorsements, exploit children, expose private information, or use the service for unlawful or abusive content. Do not bypass safety checks, access controls, processing limits, or payment rules.
We may reject or restrict processing, suspend access, or remove access to material where needed to address suspected misuse, security concerns, legal obligations, or provider restrictions. An access restriction does not remove applicable payment, consumer, or complaint rights. Contact support if you believe a restriction is mistaken.
7. Problems, complaints, and remedies
Report billing or service problems to support@ailyricschanger.com. Explain the issue without sending passwords, payment credentials, or unnecessary private recordings. We may request information needed to verify the account, order, or rights complaint.
An attempt adjustment is not a cash refund. Our voluntary refund rules supplement rather than replace rights available under applicable law, including remedies for defective or undelivered services. A preference for a different performance is not automatically the same as a technical failure, but a playable file is not proof that a quality complaint is invalid.
Mandatory consumer rights
The seven-day unused-pack policy is voluntary. It does not replace a longer cancellation period, a valid withdrawal right, or remedies for defective, misdescribed or undelivered services under the law that applies to you. Qualifying distance contracts in the EU/EEA or UK can carry a 14-day withdrawal period, subject to the applicable rules for services and digital content. We do not treat selecting a file or accepting these Terms as a blanket waiver of mandatory rights.
To request cancellation or withdrawal, use the review controls in your paid project or email support@ailyricschanger.com. State that you wish to withdraw or cancel, and include your account email, order reference if available, and purchase date. If a project is expired or deleted, use email; those events do not extinguish a surviving claim. Where service has already been supplied, the remedy is assessed under applicable law rather than decided solely by the attempt counter.
8. Changes and responsibility
We may update the service or these Terms. Material changes affecting an existing purchase will be communicated as required, without silently replacing the offer and terms attached to that purchase. Updated terms show their effective date.
AI results can vary and may not fit your intended use. Those limitations do not exclude responsibilities or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove mandatory consumer rights. Contact us before relying on an unresolved rights or service issue for distribution or publication.
