Choosing a local file for playback and selection does not by itself upload it. The local draft is held in the current browser tab rather than saved as an online project. Closing, refreshing, or leaving the page can require you to select the file again.
Processing a song
After payment confirmation and the required eligibility, rights, and privacy steps, source audio and the information needed for the edit are sent for online processing. We use Cloudflare for hosting, storage, and task infrastructure, Google for sign-in, and specialist audio-processing providers and their partners for song editing. This is not an entirely on-device editing service.
Processing providers can handle copies and operational records separately from the files available in your project. Our project deadline does not represent a promise that every provider copy is deleted at that exact time. The processing-specific disclosure below explains the applicable recipients, locations, content-use terms, and retention controls.
Online editing providers
Audio, replacement lyrics, selected times, and the request references needed to perform an edit are shared with specialist online audio-processing providers and their processing partners. Your Google profile and payment card details are not included in these editing requests.
Additional content-use, security, and data-processing protections for the editing services we use have not been confirmed. We do not promise that submitted content is never used for model improvement, that processing remains in a particular country, or that every partner copy is deleted by a fixed date.
Deleting a project removes access and schedules cleanup of our service-held files; it does not certify deletion from all provider systems. Do not submit personal identifying, sensitive, or confidential information. Submit only material you are authorized to share and process. Contact support@ailyricschanger.com for information about the processing recipients and applicable provider terms.
We do not publish your song or use it as a public example without separate permission. Service access is limited through account and project controls, but do not treat an online submission as a guarantee that no authorized service provider will process it. Avoid including unrelated personal or confidential information in recordings, filenames, lyrics, or support messages.
Sign-in and payment
Google sign-in identifies the account you use for your projects. We do not ask for your Google password. Signing in does not grant this service access to your email inbox, Drive files, or contacts. We use only the permissions presented for the sign-in flow.
Payments are processed through Stripe. Card details are entered through Stripe Checkout. We retain the order and billing information needed to confirm and service the purchase, rather than collecting full card numbers in the editor. Do not send card numbers or verification codes to support.
The disclosure below identifies the payment, email, and any optional measurement providers actually used by this service. Their own policies may apply to information they handle in their respective roles.
Website measurement and your choices
We use self-hosted Plausible and Ahrefs Web Analytics for cookie-free traffic measurement on public pages, regardless of your optional cookie choice. Private views send only a generic route category to Plausible; account, order and project identifiers are not included.
Google Analytics receives page and interaction measurements. Before you choose, or if you reject optional cookies, Google Consent Mode keeps analytics and advertising storage denied and can send measurements without analytics cookies. This is not a promise that no information, such as request metadata, reaches Google. If you accept, analytics cookies can support session and campaign measurement. Advertising storage, ad personalization and advertising user-data consent remain denied.
Microsoft Clarity session replay loads only after you accept optional cookies and only on public information pages, such as pricing and the correction guide. It does not load on the homepage editor, account, active projects, sign-in, checkout or download views. Rejecting optional cookies removes our analytics/replay cookies. Withdrawing replay consent reloads the information page to stop its loaded recorder.
You can change your choice through Privacy settings in the footer. Campaign tags such as utm_source and the referring site's origin help us understand where visits come from. Analytics events use an allowlist of action names; we do not send lyrics, audio, filenames, account identifiers, emails, payment details, signed URLs or private project/order references as event parameters.
These services may receive network metadata when you connect to them. Cookie-free measurement is separate from your optional cookie choice and is not a claim of complete anonymity. See Google's privacy information, Microsoft's privacy statement, Plausible's data policy, and Ahrefs Web Analytics.
Project retention and file access
The project window lasts 30 days from the first server upload for a credit-wallet project; legacy packs retain their payment-based deadline, unless you delete a project earlier or access is restricted for a valid reason. Takes share the project deadline; a new generation or download does not extend it. Keep your own original and download the result you want before the deadline.
Access ending and deletion completing are separate events. We revoke project and download access when required and then process deletion across the relevant systems. Temporary files, account records, security records, backups, provider copies, and payment records have different purposes and retention rules.
Retention by record type
- Local preparation: the selected audio and replacement draft stay in the browser tab until you explicitly submit them. Leaving or refreshing can clear that local state; your device’s original is yours to retain or delete.
- Unpaid drafts: online draft metadata without a paid project window is scheduled for expiry after 24 hours unless a purchase or payment is unresolved. Pending payments are reconciled before that draft is removed.
- Paid project files and lyrics: source audio, compatibility copies and takes share the 30-day deadline measured from confirmed payment, or an earlier deletion. New takes and downloads do not restart that clock. Access ends at expiry or deletion; background cleanup then removes service-held files after active work is stopped. Access removal and physical cleanup are distinct states.
- Temporary processing data: temporary files and orphaned media are cleaned after work ends or is abandoned. Active or unresolved jobs are reconciled before their files are removed; a deletion request does not authorize a late result to reappear.
- Account and session records: account details are kept while the account is active. Login sessions last up to 14 days and are revoked on sign-out or account deletion. Account deletion removes the active Google identifier and clears the stored email and display name.
- Billing, consent, security, rights and support records: the minimum records needed for outstanding purchases, refunds, abuse investigations, disputes and legal or accounting duties can outlast a project or account. Retention depends on the purpose and applicable obligation; records are reviewed for deletion or minimization when that purpose ends. The 30-day media window is not their universal deletion period.
- Recovery copies: database recovery history and restricted operational backups can temporarily retain older records after live-row deletion. Recovery must preserve deletion restrictions; it must not restore deleted projects to ordinary user access.
Provider-held copies follow the separate processing notice above. Contact support@ailyricschanger.com to ask about the status or retention basis of a specific record; no immediate all-systems erasure guarantee is made.
Financial, fraud-prevention, dispute, and legal records may need to be retained after account or media deletion. Such records are handled separately from ordinary access to your audio. We do not promise immediate physical erasure of all copies in every system.
Requesting deletion or access
Use the project deletion controls in My Edits, or request account deletion through its privacy settings. You can also contact support@ailyricschanger.com about access, correction, or deletion. We may need to verify that you control the account or are entitled to make the request.
A deletion request can be accepted while a provider action or required record remains pending. The status distinguishes access disabled, deletion in progress, completed actions, and records retained for a stated reason. Deleting your account does not delete your Google account, files already downloaded to your device, or information held independently by another service.
Deletion does not automatically settle refunds or remove records required to resolve a complaint. An outstanding job is handled so that a late result does not republish a project you have deleted.
Cookies and optional measurement
Necessary sign-in, security, and payment functions are separate from optional analytics. You can accept or reject optional cookies and session replay, and change your selection through Privacy settings. Cookie-free traffic measurement and Google measurements without analytics cookies can still be sent as described above. Accepting optional cookies or session replay is not a condition of purchasing the service.
Audio, replacement lyrics, filenames, private project identifiers, payment details, and support messages are not sent as analytics events. Session recording is not used on the editor, audio and lyric controls, sign-in, private projects, payment, download, deletion, or support forms. Returning to a public page does not authorize an earlier collector to keep running on a private view.
International processing and your rights
Information may be processed outside your country. Applicable rights and transfer arrangements depend on the service operator, the providers, and the places involved. The regional notice below gives the relevant details and explains how to contact the appropriate authority where applicable.
Your choices and regional rights
We use account and project information to provide the service you request, billing records to confirm purchases and meet applicable obligations, and limited security records to protect accounts and investigate abuse. Optional uses requiring consent are not enabled without the required choice.
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may request access or a copy, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to certain processing. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without changing the lawfulness of earlier processing. You can also complain to the data-protection authority competent for your situation. Send requests to support@ailyricschanger.com; we may verify account ownership and will explain any applicable exception or retained record.
Cloudflare, Google, Stripe and the editing providers can process information outside your country. Their roles and protections differ. In particular, we do not represent the online audio-processing services as covered by a confirmed no-training commitment, a specific regional hosting promise, or a separately verified transfer arrangement. Read the editing-provider notice before submitting audio; do not send personal, sensitive or confidential material through that route.
We will not treat a request for access or deletion as permission to use your song for a new purpose. If this policy changes, the updated version will show its effective date and material changes will be communicated as required.
