Our only contact address is support@ailyricschanger.com. Use it for an edit, Stripe payment, refund, privacy request, or rights concern. Send only the information needed to understand the issue. If you have an account, use its email address so we can help identify the relevant records.

An edit or download problem

Tell us which step failed and what you expected to happen. Include a private project reference from My Edits if one is available. For a result problem, describe the issue and the approximate passage rather than attaching the whole song to your first message.

If a job is still being checked, keep the existing request. Do not pay again or repeatedly generate to resolve a missing status. For a download issue, tell us whether the link expired, the file could not be saved or played, or the result differed from your selected take.

Payments and refunds

Use the subject “Billing or refund request.” Include the purchase date, account email, and private order reference if available. Describe whether you saw a duplicate payment, a missing attempt balance, an unfinished service, or another billing issue.

Read the Refund Policy for unused-pack and non-delivery rules. Do not send card numbers, security codes, bank login details, or payment verification codes.

Privacy and deletion

Use the subject “Privacy request.” Explain whether you want account or project access, a correction, deletion, or information about processing. You can also use the deletion and privacy controls in My Edits. We may need to verify your authority before acting on a request.

Copyright or voice concerns

Use the subject “Rights concern.” Identify the work and your relationship to the rights holder. Describe the service use you are concerned about and include a relevant page or private reference. The permissions page explains the information useful for an initial report.

Share information safely

Do not include your Google password, one-time sign-in codes, access tokens, identity documents, or unrelated private material. If a recording or more sensitive evidence is necessary, we will arrange a suitable channel before asking you to provide it.

Keep the existing case open while an issue is being checked so that the relevant information stays together. You do not need to make an additional purchase to have an existing billing, privacy, or service issue reviewed.
